Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. If anything here is unclear, email us at cayo.buosi@dexbrava.com and we will answer.
Who we are
Dexbrava Group is the trade name of Buosi Consulting LLC (USA) and Buosi Consulting LTDA (Brazil, CNPJ 45.203.466/0001-22). Together these entities act as the data controllers for information collected through this website and through our consulting services.
What data we collect
We collect personal data only when you actively share it with us:
- Email communications. When you click "Book a consultation" or email us directly, we receive the name, email address, company, and message content you provide.
- Engagement data. When you become a client, we process the information required to deliver our services, including contract data, billing details, and project-related communications.
- Server logs. Our web host may automatically record basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and performance purposes.
This website does not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party marketing pixels.
How we use your data
We use the data you share to respond to your inquiries, deliver and bill for our consulting services, comply with legal and tax obligations in Brazil and the United States, and protect our systems and clients from abuse.
Legal basis (GDPR)
For visitors in the European Economic Area, our lawful basis for processing personal data is your consent when you contact us voluntarily, the performance of a contract when you engage us as a client, and our legitimate interest in operating and securing this website.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers essential to our operations, including Google Workspace (email hosting) and Namecheap (domain and DNS), and with legal or tax authorities when required by law. Our service providers are bound by appropriate data protection terms.
Data retention
We keep inbound inquiry emails for up to 24 months unless they lead to an active engagement. Client engagement records are retained for the period required by tax and commercial law in the United States and Brazil, typically five years after the engagement ends.
Your rights
Under GDPR, Brazil's LGPD, and equivalent laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email cayo.buosi@dexbrava.com. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the European Union, you can also file a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are in Brazil, you can contact the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD).
International transfers
Our infrastructure is located in the United States and the European Union. When personal data moves between these regions, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other safeguards permitted by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Significant changes will be communicated directly to active clients.
