Is this you?

You should talk to us if…

We work best in specific situations. If any of these sound familiar, we should have a conversation.

01
Your expansion launched but stalled after month one
You're in a new market but growth isn't happening. The local reality doesn't match the plan. We take over and fix it.
02
Your vendors across countries are not aligned
Siloed teams, missed handoffs, no single point of accountability across borders. We bring structure and ownership.
03
Your mobility product is ready but operations are not
The tech works. The market is there. But field ops, logistics or regulatory compliance aren't keeping pace. That's our lane.
04
Your PM team lacks cross-border experience
Good at home, struggling abroad. Different time zones, regulations, cultures and languages require a different operating model.
05
You need to move fast into a new market
No time to build local knowledge from scratch. We're already embedded, in Madrid, São Paulo and Austin, and we start in days, not months.
Sound familiar?

Results that speak for themselves.

Market Expansion · IT → DACH
Smartness

First international expansion out of Italy. Entered Austria, Germany and Switzerland sequentially, covering market research, regulatory alignment, GTM strategy and partner development in all three markets.

Key outcome
3 markets entered in under 6 months. Strategic partnerships established in Austria, Germany and Switzerland before first revenue.
Geodata Operations · EMEA
Apple Maps × Cognizant · Geodata program

Led a €20M+ geodata collection program across EMEA: 120+ itinerant collectors across 5 international teams, full budget ownership, Agile delivery and executive reporting direct to Apple and Cognizant leadership.

Key outcome
Delivered on time and on budget. Scrum and Kanban rollout cut delivery variance by measurable margin across all teams.
Operations Recovery · 31 Countries
Apple Maps × Cognizant · Recovery mandate

Took over a stalled, multimillion-euro Apple Maps field program across 31 European countries. Inherited 100+ staff with no functioning deployment structure, misaligned vendors and missed milestones.

Key outcome
Full operations rebuilt and scaled across 31 countries. Routing, regulatory compliance and vendor alignment delivered from zero, on time.
Market Expansion · EU → US
SparkPark

Led Spain market entry and EU expansion strategy, then pivoted to US, scoping the first US pilot deployment in Denver, including localization, regulatory alignment and partner identification.

Key outcome
Spain entry completed. Denver pilot launched. Flagged by C-suite as critical driver of US expansion readiness.
Market Expansion

Your guide into
new territories.

We built this practice from firsthand experience. Our founders expanded across continents before advising others to do the same. That means we know the mistakes, the shortcuts, and the local nuances that no market report will tell you.

EU US
European companies entering the US market, from legal setup and GTM to first enterprise clients.
LATAM US
LATAM companies scaling into the US, local entity, compliance, hiring and market positioning.
US EU
US companies establishing a European presence, with our Madrid base as your operational anchor.

Who we are

Built by operators.
Not consultants.

Dexbrava Group was founded in 2021 by Cayo Buosi, a Brazilian who had spent years living and working across Europe before turning that experience into a practice.

By the time the company was founded, Cayo had worked across Brazil, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Poland, Switzerland, France, Italy and Spain. Not as a tourist, but operating inside each one. Managing vendors who didn't share a language. Navigating regulations that changed at every border. Running programs where the PM in headquarters had never set foot in the market they were responsible for.

That gap between what companies plan in a boardroom and what actually happens when you try to execute across borders is exactly what Dexbrava Group was built to close.

We are not a strategy firm. We don't hand you a slide deck and leave. We embed, we manage, and we deliver, across whatever markets, time zones and regulatory environments your business demands.

How we work
We tell you what we can't do
If your project is outside our expertise, we'll say so in the first call. We'd rather lose a deal than overpromise and underdeliver.
We embed, we don't advise
Every engagement involves our people inside your operation, not a report sent from a distance.
We hire for cultural fit, not just skills
Cross-border work breaks on culture before it breaks on competence. Every person we put on a project understands both sides of the table.
We've lived the problem
Our founding team has lived and worked across 9 countries: Brazil, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Poland, Switzerland, France, Italy and Spain. That's not a CV line. It's why we know what breaks when you go cross-border.

FAQ

Questions we hear
every first call.

Where are you based and where do you operate?
Our core team is based in Madrid (Spain), São Paulo (Brazil) and Austin (Texas). We operate across Europe, LATAM and the US, and have worked in 31 countries to date. Geography is not a constraint for us; it's where we have the most experience.
How does an engagement typically start?
Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute discovery call. We use that time to understand your situation, not to pitch. If there's a fit, we'll propose a scoped assessment first: a fixed, short engagement that gives you a clear picture of what needs to be done and how. Most clients move from assessment to full delivery within two to four weeks.
How quickly can you start?
Typically within two weeks of a signed agreement. For urgent situations (a project in crisis, a launch with a fixed date), we can move faster. Contact us directly and we'll be straight with you about timelines.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, as standard. We work with sensitive operational, financial and market data as part of every engagement. An NDA is part of our onboarding process before any confidential information is shared.
Do you work with small companies or only enterprise?
Both. Our enterprise clients include Apple Maps, Cognizant and Wunder Mobility, programs worth tens of millions of euros. We also work with early-stage companies and SMEs doing their first international move. The engagement model and team size scale to fit. What we don't do is take on projects that are too small to do properly.
How do you price your work?
We use three models depending on the engagement: fixed price for defined-scope projects (like an assessment or a market entry), monthly retainer for ongoing work, and hybrid for longer programs with variable scope. We don't publish rates because every project is different, but we discuss pricing openly on the first call, and we won't waste your time if there's a mismatch.
What makes you different from hiring a freelancer?
A freelancer is one person with one set of skills. We are a team with complementary expertise across project management, market expansion, operations and business development, backed by a network of vetted professionals in each market we operate in. We also take institutional accountability for delivery, not just individual effort. If someone on your project falls ill or leaves, we replace them. A freelancer can't do that.
What happens if the project isn't working out?
We have a structured check-in at the end of every engagement phase, typically monthly. If something isn't working, we raise it before you do. For retainer engagements, either party can exit with 30 days notice. We've never had a client who felt trapped, and we intend to keep it that way.
